Many times, it is seen that the customers demand refunds for a very unusual reason. They try hard to prove themselves right.

A bizarre incident happened in Minnesota, USA…where a customer didn’t understand that 1 dozen equals 12 nos. Actually, she ordered a dozen custom masks and got 12 masks ….. not understanding the things clearly she fumed over the delivery.

She wrote to the company saying “Hello, I ordered a dozen custom mask from you. However, you only sent me 12. I really needed them all. I would like a refund please and I will no longer support your business. I try to support “black” own business but you guys continue to rip people off.”

On this, the company guy replied – “ However, a dozen equals 12. If you need more than a dozen I will send you the same.” Unfortunately, the refund was not possible because the quantity delivered was correct. The response from the company guy has got a lot of praise from people. This guy showed a real zeal to retain the customer. Eventually, this incident proved to funny and interesting.
